This is a combination of all my favorite flavors of ice cream. Served on a summer's night in the evening breeze with a tall glass of iced sweet the summer dessert for me.
* you can make this with all your favorite flavors mixed together or try my is pretty darn good.

hot fudge ice cream topping

toasted pecans, chopped

chocolate fudge ice cream, softened

coffee ice cream, softened

How to Make Ice Cream Butter Pecan Coffee Cake


  • 1Arrange lady finger around the edge and bottom of a 9"springform pan coated with cooking spray.
  • 2Spoon butterpecan ice cream in bottom of pan, top with 1/3 jar fudge topping, top with pecans,freeze 20 minutes.
  • 3Next add chocolate ice cream on top of pecans. Top with some Caramel topping. Freeze 20 minutes.
    Next add the Coffee Ice cream. top with a combination of fudge and caramel topping, sprinkle top with toasted pecans.
  • 4The pan will be full. Freeze overnight until firm. Pop out of the pan and onto a serving platter.Serve on a hot summer night, while on the patio enjoying the summers' evening breeze.
