ice cream butter pecan coffee cake

This is a combination of all my favorite flavors of ice cream. Served on a summer's night in the evening breeze with a tall glass of iced sweet tea..is the summer dessert for me. * you can make this with all your favorite flavors mixed together or try my version..it is pretty darn good.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages lady fingers, split
  • 3 cups butter pecan ice cream, softened
  • 1 jar hot fudge ice cream topping
  • 1 package toasted pecans, chopped
  • 3 cups chocolate fudge ice cream, softened
  • 3 cups coffee ice cream, softened
  • 1 jar caramel ice cream topping

How To Make ice cream butter pecan coffee cake

  • Step 1
    Arrange lady finger around the edge and bottom of a 9"springform pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Spoon butterpecan ice cream in bottom of pan, top with 1/3 jar fudge topping, top with pecans,freeze 20 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Next add chocolate ice cream on top of pecans. Top with some Caramel topping. Freeze 20 minutes. Next add the Coffee Ice cream. top with a combination of fudge and caramel topping, sprinkle top with toasted pecans.
  • Step 4
    The pan will be full. Freeze overnight until firm. Pop out of the pan and onto a serving platter.Serve on a hot summer night, while on the patio enjoying the summers' evening breeze.
