How to Make Ice Cream
- 1Blend egg yolks and sugar thoroughly.
- 2Add cream and vanilla
- 3Beat egg whites until newly married (stiff).
- 4Pour all into freezer and fill to line with milk
- 5Freeze with electric or hand crank freezer. Eat until you groan.
