- 4 - eggs, separated
- 3 tablespoons vanilla
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 quart cream
- - milk
How To Make ice cream

Step 1Blend egg yolks and sugar thoroughly.

Step 2Add cream and vanilla

Step 3Beat egg whites until newly married (stiff).

Step 4Pour all into freezer and fill to line with milk

Step 5Freeze with electric or hand crank freezer. Eat until you groan.
