My Grams' friend Hazelle did not share her recipes, so I always felt honored when she did with me! This is her fudge recipe, Thank you Hazelle!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 - chocolate, unsweetened squares
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 - egg, beatened
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons cream

How To Make hot fudge sauce--lyn*

  • Step 1
    Melt butter with chocolate. Add powered sugar, beaten egg, vanilla and cream, beating as cooking. Cook 5 minutes over hot water. May be re-heated. Store in covered glass jar in the fridge. Great Gifts and Stocking stuffers.

    USES: 1) Cream puff shells filled with ice cream. 2) Sundae. 3) Frost graham crackers for cookies. 4) drizzle over food for decoration. 5) frost cakes when cool 6) Dip for fruit and marshellows. 7) and so on...
