I make this instead of buying store bought cones because you can make them any size and their fresh.

Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil

How To Make homemade waffle cone

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl mix eggs and sugar. Whisk in butter, milk and vanilla.Add in flour and salt and mix till smooth.
  • Step 2
    Put oil in skillet and heat skillet over medium heat. Pur 1/4 cup batter into skillet spread to a thin circle.
  • Step 3
    When underside is golden brown flip over and brown the other side till golden.
  • Step 4
    Remove from skillet and form into a cone shape while still hot. Squeeze end to seal. Let cool until hardened.
  • Step 5
    Repeat with remaining batter. Scoop favorite icecream into cone. Enjoy.
