Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz1
- 1 pound strawberries, fresh
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sugar
How To Make homemade strawberry ice cream

Step 1Hull and chop strawberries. Puree about half of the strawberries in food processor or blender.

Step 2In a large bowl, whisk heavy cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

Step 3Fold in condensed milk until blended.

Step 4Spread about half this mixture into a loaf pan or container.

Step 5Spread about half of the strawberry puree on top.

Step 6Sprinkle about half of the chopped strawberries on top. Spread remaining ice cream mixture into the container.

Step 7Spread remaining strawberry puree on top. Run a knife or spatula thru container to create swirl.

Step 8Sprinkle remaining chopped strawberries on top. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
