homemade ice cream - no machine needed
I found this on line but added my own touches; you can make it your own by adding whatever mix-in's you like. You can also leave out the dry cake mix but it does give it the "cake batter" flavor, which is my favorite, and seems to thicken it a bit more and make it creamier once frozen. You can also make this low calorie/low fat by using lite cool whip and fat free sweetened milk. Enjoy!!

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 - 8 oz. container cool whip
- 1/3 cup dry cake mix, any flavor
- 1/2 cup caramel topping
- - crumbled brownie pieces
- - candy sprinkles

Step 1Mix sweetened condensed milk and cool whip together.

Step 2Mix in dry cake mix and other ingredients.

Step 3Top with additional sprinkles and a ribbon of caramel topping.

Step 4Freeze 4 - 8 hours or overnight depending upon your freezer.
