Ingredients
- 2 quarts 2 different flavors of ice cream
- 12 cookies, crushed ( i used oreos)
- 1 - container of cool whip
- caramel or fudge optional
- sprinkles, optional
How To Make homemade ice cream cake

Step 1This is a 2 day process...line 2 cake pans with saran wrap, bring ice creams to room temperature.

Step 2pour each one in the lined pans, cover with more saran wrap and freeze over night.

Step 3about 1 hour before serving, it's time to build, unwrap each pan and place 1 solid piece on a plate, crush the cookies and put on top, then put the second frozen ice cream on top, cover generously with the cool whip and freeze an hour.

Step 4upon serving, drizzle with caramel or fudge and top with sprinkles...The flavor possibilities are endless...Get creative and Enjoy!
