How to Make Homemade Ice Cream

Step-by-Step

  • 1Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  • 2Add yolks to evaporated milk and sugar.
  • 3Blend in whites and vanilla extract. Pour into ice cream freezer. Fill to the "fill" line with whole milk. Freeze in ice cream freezer by manufacturer's directions.
