Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 - eggs
  • - whole milk

How To Make homemade ice cream

  • Step 1
    Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Step 2
    Add yolks to evaporated milk and sugar.
  • Step 3
    Blend in whites and vanilla extract. Pour into ice cream freezer. Fill to the "fill" line with whole milk. Freeze in ice cream freezer by manufacturer's directions.
