Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cans evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 - eggs
- - whole milk
How To Make homemade ice cream

Step 1Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff.

Step 2Add yolks to evaporated milk and sugar.

Step 3Blend in whites and vanilla extract. Pour into ice cream freezer. Fill to the "fill" line with whole milk. Freeze in ice cream freezer by manufacturer's directions.
