How to Make Homemade Ice Cream

Step-by-Step

  1. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  2. Add yolks to evaporated milk and sugar.
  3. Blend in whites and vanilla extract. Pour into ice cream freezer. Fill to the "fill" line with whole milk. Freeze in ice cream freezer by manufacturer's directions.
