I got this recipe from a man I use to work with, His name was Hertis. It makes the best homemake ice cream I have ever ate. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

2 cans eagle brand cream
2 cups sugar
1 pint half and half
2 tablespoons vanilla
- enough milk to bring mixture to fill line
2 cups favorite fruit/ my husband likes banana the best

How To Make hertis's ice cream

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. let set overnight in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Put in ice cream maker and mix
Step 3

enjoy this excellent ice cream mixture
