Ingredients

  • - 1 cup blueberries
  • - 1/3 cup gin
  • - 1 pint vanilla ice cream

How To Make gin spiked blueberry sundaes

  • Step 1
    in small pan, mix the blueberries, and gin. Simmer, stirring frequently, until the berries burst and mixture begins to thicken, 5 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl. Refrigerate until cool.
  • Step 2
    Divide the ice cream among bowls and top with the blueberry sauce. Serves four.
