How to Make Gin spiked blueberry sundaes


  1. in small pan, mix the blueberries, and gin. Simmer, stirring frequently, until the berries burst and mixture begins to thicken, 5 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl. Refrigerate until cool.
  2. Divide the ice cream among bowls and top with the blueberry sauce. Serves four.
