1 cup blueberries
1/3 cup gin
1 pint vanilla ice cream

How to Make Gin spiked blueberry sundaes


  • 1in small pan, mix the blueberries, and gin. Simmer, stirring frequently, until the berries burst and mixture begins to thicken, 5 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl. Refrigerate until cool.
  • 2Divide the ice cream among bowls and top with the blueberry sauce. Serves four.
