1 cup hot espresso
2 tablespoons dark rum

How To Make gelato affogato or drowned ice cream

Step 1

Scoop the ice cream into six small coffee cups or goblets.

Step 2

Stir together the hot coffee and rum. Slowly pour the coffee over the ice cream. Serve at once. Serves six.
