I remember these were my moms favorite when we would go to Great America. So she made her own version. which is quiet Delicious and very easy. You will look like a ROCKSTAR!

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- hot fudge sauce

How To Make fudge flat top

Step 1

TOAST THE WAFFLES IN TOASTER OR MAKE YOUR OWN IN A WAFFLE IRON

Step 2

PUT WAFFLE ON A PLATE ADD 2 SCOOPS ICE CREAM AND DRIZZLE AS MUCH HOT FUDGE SAUCE AS YOU WANT. THEN ADD LAST WAFFLE AND MORE HOT FUDGE.
