Awesome, easy after-dinner "cocktail"! This is quite rich. However, if you really want to guild the lily, you could drizzle a little chocolate or Bailey's over the top before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 package 1 oz sugar-free jello vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups 1% or fat-free milk
  • 5 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces bailey's irish cream
  • 2 ounces kahlua

How To Make frozen white russian

  • Step 1
    Pour pudding mix and milk into a bowl. Whisk briskly for 2 minutes per box instructions until soft set.
  • Step 2
    Add vodka.
  • Step 3
    Add Bailey's Irish cream.
  • Step 4
    Add Kahlua.
  • Step 5
    Mix completely and pour into a freezer-safe container. Freeze until solid. Use a cookie scoop or other small implement to serve in bowls. Enjoy!
