My grandson just loves when I make this. We get two large goblets out of this but it all depends on how big of glasses or mugs you put it in.You can tweek this by using different types of chocolate. ( I usually use what I have on hand ex: Hersey bar, and dark hersey bar and unsweetened bakers squares)
1chop cocolate into small pieces and place in top of a double boiler over simmering water,stirring occasionally until melted. Add hot chocolate mix and sugar, stirring constantly until thourghly blended. Remove from heat and add the 1/2 cup of milk slowly to the chocolate and stir untill smooth. Cool to room temp.
2Add remaining cup of milk into blender,add chocolate mixture,and the ice. Blend on high speed until smooth like a frozen daiquiri. Poor into a large goblet and add whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
