This is a recipe that I recieved from my Home Ec. teacher many moons ago.

How to Make Frozen Custard


  1. Mix gelatin and sugar together.
  2. Stir 2% milk . then add the dried non-fat milk.
  3. Stir over low heat until sugar and gelatin are dissolverd. Cool.
  4. Stir in Flavoring and put into refrigerator trays and Freeze.
  5. After fully frozen spoon into a large bowl and allow to soften.
  6. Then whip with electric hand mixer until light and fluffy. Ready to eat.
