4 tspgelatin, unflavored
4 cmilk, 2%
2 cmilk, nonfat, dry
1/2 tspmint or lemon flavoring
How to Make Frozen Custard
- Mix gelatin and sugar together.
- Stir 2% milk . then add the dried non-fat milk.
- Stir over low heat until sugar and gelatin are dissolverd. Cool.
- Stir in Flavoring and put into refrigerator trays and Freeze.
- After fully frozen spoon into a large bowl and allow to soften.
- Then whip with electric hand mixer until light and fluffy. Ready to eat.
