Ingredients

  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 6 ounces chocolate cookie pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

How To Make frozen coffee-peanut pie

  • Step 1
    Microwave ice cream on HIGH 20 seconds or just until softened.
  • Step 2
    Place peanut butter in a small glass bowl and microwave at HIGH 20 seconds or until just melted. Spoon peanut butter into bottom of pie crust and spread evenly.
  • Step 3
    Spoon ice cream into a medium bowl; gently fold 2 teaspoons coffee granules into ice cream. Spoon ice cream into pie shell; cover and freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle pie with remaining 1 teaspoon coffee granules before serving
