4 cvanilla ice cream
1/4 cpeanut butter
6 ozchocolate cookie pie crust
1 Tbspinstant coffee granules
How to Make Frozen Coffee-Peanut Pie
- Microwave ice cream on HIGH 20 seconds or just until softened.
- Place peanut butter in a small glass bowl and microwave at HIGH 20 seconds or until just melted. Spoon peanut butter into bottom of pie crust and spread evenly.
- Spoon ice cream into a medium bowl; gently fold 2 teaspoons coffee granules into ice cream. Spoon ice cream into pie shell; cover and freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Sprinkle pie with remaining 1 teaspoon coffee granules before serving
