How to Make Fried Ice creme
- Heat oil at 375. Using 1/2 cup ice cream place six scoops on bake sheet. Freeze. Place heavy cream in shallow bowl. Combine crackers and cinnamon in smaller bowl
- Dip & roll icre cream in heavy cream then in crackers & cinnamon. Cover and freeze 1 hr.
- Roll ice cream in heavy cream then crackers and cinnamon again. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- In a electric skillet or deep fryer, heat oil. Fry the ice cream scoops 10 to 15 seconds, till lightly brown. Drain on wax.
