  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 c
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 2 c
  • 2 medium
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 c
    mashed ripe bananas, about 6 medium

How to Make Fresh Banana Ice Cream


  1. In Heavy Saucepan mix together flour, sugar and salt. Stir in milk & eggs. Cook over low, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon.
  2. Pour mixture into a bowl and as it cools, stir to release the steam. Stir in lemon juice, heavy cream & bananas.
  3. Freeze in 2 quart ice-cream freezer.
