Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 medium eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups mashed ripe bananas, about 6 medium
How To Make fresh banana ice cream

Step 1In Heavy Saucepan mix together flour, sugar and salt. Stir in milk & eggs. Cook over low, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon.

Step 2Pour mixture into a bowl and as it cools, stir to release the steam. Stir in lemon juice, heavy cream & bananas.

Step 3Freeze in 2 quart ice-cream freezer.
