2 mediumeggs, beaten
1 Tbsplemon juice
1 cheavy cream
2 cmashed ripe bananas, about 6 medium
How to Make Fresh Banana Ice Cream
- In Heavy Saucepan mix together flour, sugar and salt. Stir in milk & eggs. Cook over low, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon.
- Pour mixture into a bowl and as it cools, stir to release the steam. Stir in lemon juice, heavy cream & bananas.
- Freeze in 2 quart ice-cream freezer.
