French Vanilla Caramel Ice Cream
2 1/2 chalf & half
1 clight cream
1 box(3.4 ounce) french vanilla instant pudding mix
1 can(s)(14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/2 ccaramel ice cream topping
1/2 tsppure vanilla extract
How to Make French Vanilla Caramel Ice Cream
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 3-4 hours or, preferably, overnight.
- To make ice cream: Mixture will be quite thick. Give it a stir and then transfer to cream can of your ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
- Transfer ice cream to a covered container and place in freezer for at least 5-6 hours before serving.
