My brownie-loving hubby inspired this recipe. Be warned- it is pretty rich :)

Ingredients

2 cups half and half
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3/4 - 1 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup dry brownie mix (dark chocolate or regular)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

How To Make extra chocolatey brownie batter ice cream

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl

Step 2

Stir with a whisk until well-combined. (I allow a few brownie clumps to remain...my hubby loves finding them in his ice cream)
Step 3

Add to ice cream maker & freeze as directed.
