- heavy cream, cold
- 1-14 oz can(s)
- sweetened condensed milk
- 3 Tbsp
- butter, melted
- 1/2-1 tsp
- peppermint extract
- 1 c
- mini chocolate chips
- 3-4 dash(es)
- green food coloring
How to Make Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream-No ice cream ma
- 1Combine sweet milk, butter, extract. Add green food coloring slightly darker green than you would like. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
- 2In a seperate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk mixture.
- 3Pour into a two quart container and freeze. After two hours give the mixture a stir (gently folding). Freeze until set...approx 5 hours.
I have halved the mixture into two loaf pans and it was ready in four hours.
