1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
3 - 4 - drops green food coloring
2 cups whipping cream,whipped
1 cup 6 oz, mini chocolate chips

How To Make easy mint chip ice cream

Step 1

line a 9X5X3 inch loaf pan with foil, set aside

Step 2

In large bowl combine, milk, water, extract and food coloring
Step 3

fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips
Step 4

pour into foil lined pan and freeze at least 6 hours
Step 5

lift out, slice to serve
