brown sugar, light, packed
How to Make Drema's "Flaming Bananas"
1In chaffing dish, melt butter and sugar with cinnamon. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally,until golden brown - aboaut 3 minutes.
Into chaffing dish, cut bananas diagonally 1/2-inch slices; heat throughly carefully turning to coat slices with mixture.
2Heat rum in small mcirowave-safe bowl - until just warm.
Pour slowly over slices and ignite immediately. Do not stir.
Spoon sauce and banans over ice cream.
