Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, light, packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 - bananas, med ripe
- 1/3 cup rum, white
- - vanilla bean ice cream
How To Make drema's "flaming bananas"

Step 1In chaffing dish, melt butter and sugar with cinnamon. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally,until golden brown - aboaut 3 minutes. Into chaffing dish, cut bananas diagonally 1/2-inch slices; heat throughly carefully turning to coat slices with mixture.

Step 2Heat rum in small mcirowave-safe bowl - until just warm. Pour slowly over slices and ignite immediately. Do not stir. Spoon sauce and banans over ice cream. Enjoy!!!!
