I changed the rum out for rum flavoring so all can enjoy. My Mom made this for us growing up and it was a real treat. Very easy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup fine cake crumbs
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons rum or 2 tsp. rum flavoring

How To Make crumb cake tortoni

  • Step 1
    Whip together and transfer into loaf pan, not glass.
  • Step 2
    Freeze overnight
