How to Make Cranberry Ice
- Heat jelly and water. Whisk in pan to help dissolve jelly. When smooth (there may be a few small lumps at the bottom of the pan), remove from heat.
- Stir in lemon juice and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar.
- Pour in to indvidual serving cups. Freeze (at least 4 hours). Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Serve with meal or as dessert.
