Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 4 pints fresh ripe strawberries
- 1/3 cup orange juice, fresh
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
How To Make cool & icy strawberry sorbet

Step 1combine sugar and water in saucepan. Stir and bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Cool

Step 2Puree strawberries with electric mixer. Add juice to cooked syrup & strawberries

Step 3Pour into ice trays. Cover and freeze at least 45 minutes. Remove trays from freezer and allow ice to soften slightly Spoon into sherbet dishes

Step 4Makes about 2 quarts.
