Ingredients
- 8 fluid ounces strong cold coffee
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream -or- 2 tbsp evaporated milk
- 8 fluid ounces cold soda water
- 2 - scoops chocolate ice cream
- GARNISH
- - chocolate covered coffee beans, roughly chopped
How To Make coffee chocolate soda

Step 1Pour the coffee into tall glasses. Add the heavy cream or evaporated milk. Add the soda water and stir. Place a scoop of ice cream into the mixture. Garnish with some of the chocolate covered coffee beans. Serve with a long spoon or straw.

Step 2VARIATIONS: Substitute chocolate mint, vanilla, coffee, or cinnamon ice cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings, whipped cream dusted with cinnamon, fresh mint leaves.
