When I want something cold & sweet but don't wanna drive to the store. I make this. Might take some time, but is so worth it on a hot day.

Ingredients
- 3 cups milk, low-fat
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
How To Make coconut ice cream

Step 1In medium bowl combine everything & mix well until sugar has fully dissolved. Pour into pan or freezing trays. Freeze until almost firm. Place mixture into a chilled bowl & beat thoroughly. Returning back to pan or tray & continue to freeze. Re-beat 2 times more during the freezing process.
