I wanted something sweet one day and this is what I came up with. It is so very good. I hope you Injoy it.

Ingredients

2 16oz cans coconut cream
1 14oz cans sweetened condensed milk
1 Tsp - vanilla extract
8oz - cool whip
1/2 cup - semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
1/2 cup - toasted almonds. ( chopped)
1/2 cup - sweetened coconut

How To Make coconut ice cream/coconut ice cream pie

Step 1

mix coconut milk,sweetened condensed milk and vanilla together.

Step 2

Add cool whip and freeze for about 1 hour till it starts to set.
Step 3

Take out of freezer, add coconut, chocolate chips and nuts. Freeze till set eat and injoy
