this is my stand by dessert If I need something spectaular this is my go to It is simple yet elegant enough any occasion. If you like coconut cream pie you will love this

1/2 box ritz crackers crushed
1 stick butter, melted
4 boxes instant coconut pie filling
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
3 cups milk
1 large cool whip
3/4 cup coconut

How To Make coconut creation

Step 1

The crust Mix crackers and butter Reserve 1/3 of mixture for topping Press the rest in bottom of long pan

Step 2

soften ice cream mix in pie filling and milk mix well add 1/2 of cool whip fold in Pour in pan put in ice box let set About 2 hours Spread cool whip on top Sprinkle coconut and then reserved crumbs on top
