So refreshing for the summer! My mom makes lemon and coffee granita too. I have to pick her brain for those, LOL. But enjoy this one in the meantime. :D

It's frozen and scraped with a fork to create a texture like a snow cone. With a hint of tang from the lime and a bit of sweetness, this yummy granita will be sure to refresh and cool you down on a hot summer day.

    diced watermelon
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 1/2 c

How To Make ciao bella watermelon granita

  • Watermelon, lime juice, and sugar in a blender.
    Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender and place in a shallow pan.
  • Liquid poured into a baking dish ready to freeze.
    Freeze for several hours or overnight.
  • Watermelon Granita in a glass.
    To serve scrape with a fork and scoop into bowls.
