Step 1IN A DISH OVER A SAUCEPAN OVER SIMMERING WATER MELT CHOCOLATE.IN A STAINLESS STEEL OR HEATPROOF GLASS BOWL OR THE TOP OF A DOUBLE BOILER OFF OF THE HEAT,BEAT EGG YOLKS,SUGAR AND SALT UNTIL THICK AND CREAMY.IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN SCALD CREAM,POUR OVER EGGS.SLOWLY AND CONTINUALLY STIR CUSTARD OVER GENTLY SIMMERING WATER UNTIL THICKENED SLIGHTLY.STIR IN CHOCOLATE;MIX WELL.COOLPOUR IN ICE CREAM CONTAINER,FREEZE ACCORDING TO MACHINE DIRECTIONS.
