this is a easy ice cream cake that combines chocolate and peanut butter

Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup peanut butter, creamy
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 gallons chocolate ice cream
How To Make chocolate peanut butter ice cream cake

Step 1Whip cold heavy cream to stiff peaks

Step 2mix in peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk.

Step 3line 8" disposable pan with wax paper and pour mixture into pan, smooth out

Step 4freeze 2 - 4 hrs or until frozen

Step 5Line 10" spring form pan with wax paper. Sides and bottom.

Step 6Add chocolate ice cream to bottom of spring form pan 1/4" - 1/2", return to freezer to let ice cream to set.

Step 7Remove Spring form pan and peanut butter mixture. Remove peanut butter mixture from disposable pan and place in the center of spring form pan on top of chocolate ice cream.

Step 8Pack chocolate ice cream around and on top of peanut butter mixture. freeze until solid.

Step 9Remove spring form pan and wax paper slice serve enjoy
