Easy and delicious ice cream dessert. You can use different ice creams and different cookie doughs to make a different dessert.

Ingredients

1 tube (16 ounces) refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
2 cups chocolate ice cream
1/3 cup toffee bits

How To Make chocolate ice cream cookie cups

Step 1

Let dough stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes to soften. Cut into 12 slices; press onto the bottom and up the sides of greased muffin cups.

Step 2

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes. Cool slightly on a wire rack. Spoon ice cream into each cup. Cover and freeze for 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
Step 3

Remove cups from pan. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
Step 4

Sprinkle with toffee bits.
