Ingredients

  • 200 grams milk
  • 50 grams chocolate bar
  • 2pcs - egg yolk
  • 80 grams white granulated sugar
  • 100 grams whipping cream

How To Make chocolate ice cream

  • Step 1
    Put 200g milk and 50g chocolate bar into the mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
    Add 2 egg yolks and 80g white granulated sugar.
  • Step 3
    Put on the measuring cup, heat the ingredients at 8min/90°C/REV2.
  • Step 4
    Add 100g whipping cream.
  • Step 5
    Put on the measuring cup, and mix the ingredients at 20sec/REV6.
  • Step 6
    Pour the ice cream liquid into moulds respectively.
  • Step 7
    Refrigerate the ice cream moulds in a refrigerator overnight before enjoyment.
