Ingredients
- 200 grams milk
- 50 grams chocolate bar
- 2pcs - egg yolk
- 80 grams white granulated sugar
- 100 grams whipping cream
How To Make chocolate ice cream

Step 1Put 200g milk and 50g chocolate bar into the mixing bowl.

Step 2Add 2 egg yolks and 80g white granulated sugar.

Step 3Put on the measuring cup, heat the ingredients at 8min/90°C/REV2.

Step 4Add 100g whipping cream.

Step 5Put on the measuring cup, and mix the ingredients at 20sec/REV6.

Step 6Pour the ice cream liquid into moulds respectively.

Step 7Refrigerate the ice cream moulds in a refrigerator overnight before enjoyment.
