This recipe came from my brother. Another version of chocolate. You can never have too much chocolate, can you?

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 - chocolate, unsweetened squares
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 4 - almond extract drops
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 2 - eggs, separated
How To Make chocolate ice cream

Step 1Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add salt, milk, and sugar. Scald. Beat to blend.

Step 2Separate eggs. Pour some of chocolate mixture over beaten egg yolks. Return to double boiler and cook until slightly thickened.

Step 3Chill and add flavorings.

Step 4Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into chilled chocolate mixture. Add whipped cream.

Step 5Freeze in ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's instructions.
