Ingredients

  • 2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1
    14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • ·
    pinch of salt
  • 8
    oreo cookies crushed
  • 3/4 c
    mini chocolate chips

How to Make Chocolate Chip Oreo Cookie Ice Cream (No Machine)

Step-by-Step

  1. If you have a stand mixer whip the cream on high for about 5 minutes. You can use a hand mixer also. The cream will form stiff stiff peaks.
  2. Once the cream has come to this consistancy you can add the sweetened condensed milk to it and mix until the condensed milk is incorporated.
  3. Add the vanilla and dash of salt and with a wooden spoon stir in the chocolate chips and Oreo's.
  4. Once combined pour the mixture into a freezer safe container making sure the lid is tight and freeze for 8 hours.
