chocolate cherry nice cream
This makes an excellent soft serve. I like to freeze in 5 oz containers for future treats. If you do freeze smaller portions, remove them from the freezer and place in the refigerator an hour before serving to allow them to soften.

- 4 large very ripe bananas
- 2 cups cherries, frozen
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:
- chopped frozen cherries
- walnuts, chopped
- vegan mini chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate cherry nice cream

Step 1To freeze your bananas, peel and chop banans into 1" pieces. Place in ziplock freezer bag at least 1-2 days prior to making nice cream.

Step 2In a high-speed blender, add 1 cup almond milk, cocoa, and vanilla extract. Add 2 frozen bananas and 2 cups cherries to the blender, blend on high. Slowly add remaining bananas until all are incorporated. Do not over blend! You may need additional almon milk, but be careful not to add it too quickly.
