Ingredients

3 cups rice chex, crushed
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup nutmeats
1/2 cup butter,melted
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

How To Make chex ice cream dessert

Step 1

Bring brown sugar and butter to barely a boil and poor over cereal. Put in bottom of 9 x 13 pan and reserve some for the top. Take ice cream cut into slabs and place over cereal crust. Put remaining crumbs on top. Freeze.
