Ingredients
- 1 pound can pitted bing cherries
- 3/4 cup currant jelly
- 1/2 cup brandy, the ordinary kind
- 1-1/2 quart vanilla ice cream
How To Make cherries jubilee

Step 1Melt currant jelly over direct heat, stirring constantly, then add cherries, partially drained, and heat slowly.

Step 2Pour brandy in to cherry mixture. When it is warm, light carefully with a match. Spoon flaming fruit over ice cream and serve immediately.
