  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 5 c
    quick oats
  • 5 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 24 oz
    caramel ice cream topping
  • 5 gal
    vanilla ice cream, softened

How to Make Caramel Ice Cream Dessert


  1. Mix together flour, oats and brown sugar. Add butter and chopped pecans.
  2. Add butter and chopped pecans.
  3. Stir well and spread on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
  5. Crumble while hot; cool.
  6. Sprinkle half of mixture in a 9 X 13 pan.
  7. Drizzle with a jar of caramel ice cream topping.
  8. Spread the ice cream on top of the caramel.
  9. Top with the rest of the crumble mixture and drizzle with the second jar of caramel ice cream topping.
  10. Serve immediately or freeze.
