Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 5 cups quick oats
  • 5 cups brown sugar
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 24 ounces caramel ice cream topping
  • 5 gallons vanilla ice cream, softened
  • (OPTIONAL)ADD CHERRIES IF WANTED.

How To Make caramel ice cream dessert

  • Step 1
    Mix together flour, oats and brown sugar. Add butter and chopped pecans.
  • Step 2
    Add butter and chopped pecans.
  • Step 3
    Stir well and spread on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Crumble while hot; cool.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle half of mixture in a 9 X 13 pan.
  • Step 7
    Drizzle with a jar of caramel ice cream topping.
  • Step 8
    Spread the ice cream on top of the caramel.
  • Step 9
    Top with the rest of the crumble mixture and drizzle with the second jar of caramel ice cream topping.
  • Step 10
    Serve immediately or freeze.
