Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 5 cups quick oats
- 5 cups brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 24 ounces caramel ice cream topping
- 5 gallons vanilla ice cream, softened
- (OPTIONAL)ADD CHERRIES IF WANTED.
How To Make caramel ice cream dessert

Step 1Mix together flour, oats and brown sugar. Add butter and chopped pecans.

Step 2Add butter and chopped pecans.

Step 3Stir well and spread on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Step 4Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.

Step 5Crumble while hot; cool.

Step 6Sprinkle half of mixture in a 9 X 13 pan.

Step 7Drizzle with a jar of caramel ice cream topping.

Step 8Spread the ice cream on top of the caramel.

Step 9Top with the rest of the crumble mixture and drizzle with the second jar of caramel ice cream topping.

Step 10Serve immediately or freeze.
