Not everyone can afford an ice cream maker, so we can still enjoy homemade ice cream!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream, cold
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped, toasted
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract

How To Make butter pecan ice cream (no ice cream maker needed!)

  • Step 1
    Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in large bowl. Combine sweetened condensed milk, pecans, butter & maple flavoring in large bowl. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream.
  • Step 2
    Pour into 9 x 5" loaf pan or 2 qt container; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Store in freezer.
