- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup pecans, ooarsely chopped
How To Make butter pecan ice cream

Step 1Mix milk, butter, water and vanilla. Chill. Fold in whipped cream. Freeze in freezer trays until partly frozem. Fold in pecans and freeze until firm. Serves 8
