Ingredients
- 3 quarts water or flavor juice of what your canning
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups perma flo
- 5 quarts smashed blueberrys
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make blueberry topping

Step 1Heat sugar, in 2 qts of juice until boiling.

Step 2Meanwhile, mix perma-flo and 1 qt of juice in a separate bowl.

Step 3Add perma-flo to boiled water or juice and last add 1 tsp salt and stir till the thickness you like.

Step 4Add the thickened sauce to 5 qts of smashed blueberrys.

Step 5Put into jars and cold pack them to seal, bring to boil, turn off heat and leave in hot water for 30 min. Makes 16 pints
