This was made in my ice cream maker attachment for my kitchen aid mixer. I have done a lot of research and read a lot, and well I winged it LOL and well I tell ya this ice cream was AMAZING :) We have wild blueberries that grow here and I always have tons of blueberries to make lots of stuff with

- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream ( i used whipping cream)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- vanilla

How To Make blueberry ice cream

Step 1

Mix blueberries lemon zest, lemon and sugar together put in blender, add milk and cream, blend till smooth. Put it in the ice cream maker and took about 10 min. Enjoy
