  • 1 quart buttermilk

How To Make blackberry cheesecake ice cream

  • Step 1
    Combine sugar, juice, zest,salt and buttermilk in a large bowl and stir until sugar dissolves.Chill thoroughly,then freeze in ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions.
  • Step 2
    When ready to serve, scoop in parfait glasses and top with the fresh blackberries.
