This is a must every 4th of July. We make 3 different flavors every year. Never found a better recipe!

4 - eggs
1 cup - sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vanilla
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cans eagle brand condensed milk

How To Make best ever homemade ice cream

Step 1

In a mixer, beat on low everything but the milk until it is mixed well. * Pour into freezer can and add milk to fill line. Now just freeze. **

Step 2

*This is the point where you can add mashed fruit, crushed cookies,or any flavoring you want. **I think it is best if made a day or two before you want to eat it, but it is great the same day.
