Ingredients
- 6-8 medium bananas
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- - vanilla ice cream
How To Make barbecued bananas

Step 1Preheat grill for low heat.

Step 2Halve each of the bananas lengthwise, then widthwise. Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.

Step 3Roll banana pieces in sugar/cinnamon mixture until well coated. Lightly oil the grill grate. Arrange bananas on preheated grill, and cook for 3 minutes per side.

Step 4Serve in a bowl with vanilla ice cream topped with a sprinkling of remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture. Yum!
