Ingredients
- 1 - recipe for graham cracker crust for 11x15 inch pan
- 4 - bananas
- 1/2 gallon neopolitan ice cream
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 jar strawberry jam or fresh sliced strawberries
- TOPPING FOR DESSERT
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 pint cool whip
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make banana split dessert

Step 1Press graham cracker crust into 11x15 inch pan.

Step 2Slice bananas and layer on crust. Slice frozen ice cream into 1/2 inch slices and layer over bananas. Spread on jam or layer on fresh strawberries sliced. Sprinkle on nuts. FREEZE

Step 3TOPPING: Melt 1 cup choc.chips & 1/2 cup butter. Add powdered sugar and evap.milk. Cook until thick stirring constantly. ReMOVEfrom heat and add 1 tsp.vanilla. COOL.

Step 4Pour over frozen dessert and freeze. Then spread cool whip over all & freeze. KEEPS 3 WEEKS IN FREEZER.
