Step 1PEEL BANANAS AND CUT IN LENGTHWISE,THEN CROSSWISE. BRUSH BANANAS WITH SOME LEMON JUICE TO PREVENT DARKENING.

Step 2IN A SKILLET OR BLAZER PAN OF A CHAFING DISH,HEAT BROWN SUGAR AND BUTTER OVER MED. HEAT UNTIL MIXTURE MELTS ,STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.

Step 3ADD BANANAS TO THE SUGAR MIXTURE AND COOK,UNCOVERED.FOR 3 TO 4 MIN.TURNING ONCE.SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON.DRIZZLE BANANA LIQUEUR ATOP.

Step 4IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN HEAT THE RUM JUST UNTIL WARM. IGNITE AND POUR THE RUM OVER THE BANANA MIXTURE. SERVE OVER VANILLA ICE CREAM.
